Guest guest Posted March 20, 2012 Report Share Posted March 20, 2012 , you can do all of these at home with dumbells except for the Isolateral Behind the Neck exercise :)3 sets of 10:barbell overhead press(warmup set, 20), 30, 30, 30barbell upright rows30, 40, 40 isolateral behind the neck press15, 15, 15 per armlateral raise with dumbells10s, 10s, 8'sfront raises with dumbells8's, 8's, 8'ssingle arm reverse flys:8, 8, 6 Good news: , my friend from high school that I haven't seen in around 25 years, she and I might be doing the Vancouver, Washington Half Marathon on June 17th! She's nursing an achilles injury so she'll let me know soon if it's a go or not. Yay! If I can do this one it will be totally different from the others, and parts of it are in the country, it looks like, but mostly I just adore and would love to hang out with her!
