Someone in this group wrote something to the effect that " Gilad - Getting Fit in Jerusalem " was an old favorite and old reliable tape for them.So as soon as I saw it at a local garage sale last Saturday I bought it - It's a really fun tape - and just the kind I like- a mixture of aerobics and body work - shot out of the studio in an interesting site Old Jerusalem.
