I did a half hour of leaf raking with my HRM on, and got my heart rate going well within the target area -- sometimes higher. Noticed that raking with a lunging action is easier than just using upper body strength. I'm " fooling around " with it a bit, thinking of exercise movements and maintaining good form as I do it. Picking up fallen branches are squats. Do some bicep curls with the branch as I head over to the pile. etc... I'm taking a hydration break right now. We have a BIG yard...
