Guest guest
So cool. I've always heard that about Portland - very bike friendly.Oakland is even closer to me than SF, and San is nearby. Well it probably does help to be in that kind of environment. You had a fantastic week! You'll going to meet your goals. No doubts there. , Portland was #1 for fittest cities and #2 was San Francisco, according to Men's Fitness Magazine, according to their Fittest and Fattest American Cities article: http://www.mensfitness.com/training/lose-weight/the-fittest-and-fattest-cities-in-america?page=2 Woot! We *do* have lots and lots of bike commuters. It's not Amsterdam, but it's pretty impressive all the same...Here's my week in review, 6.58 hours: I'm happy with my week! I was beat and slept in til noon today, and did not exercise. Tomorrow is supposed to be crappy weather, but I *must* go running, as my Shamrock Run 15K is next Sunday! I need to finish and get that beer bottle opener medal if it kills me! After that I only have one other run I want to do this year so I can focus more on lifting. I'm remotivated to get on the diet bandwagon and build muscle mass. I want a body that makes jaws drop!
