Guest guest Posted March 11, 2012 Report Share Posted March 11, 2012 saturday was day 20 of project you and a walk and 'full body circuit' was scheduled. the weather was cold and windy so i used the elliptical for a half hour. then i subbed 'matrix sculpt' for full body circuit. matrix sculpt is a good workout, more difficult than full body circuit due to exercises that work the upper and lower body together, along with the circuits of cardio. lots of work for the core which i enjoyed, because i do not like crunches and kathy does alot of those in PY. there is also an additional 10 min core workout, more planks and dead bugs, etc. and another 10 min stretch at the end. overall a well designed and effective workout. the only problem is kathy! she looks great especially beside alot of the younger backgrounders, but she is over-enthusiastic and yells, screeches, whoo-hoo's, wheew's, aaahhhh's, oooo's, and so on which is annoying. :*carolyn.
