Sunday - Slim Training start!

Hi Everyone,Apologizing in advance for being brief! Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday!today I started my "slim" rotation w/ Start it Up (a nice body weight workout in less than 30 min), Slim & 6 Pack (10 min of crunches - I don't see myself doing this one again any time soon, it was fine, but I hate crunches - I'll likely add Pilates ab work in for variety in the future) and Slim & Limber (15 min of athletic stretching - really like this one for its simplicity!). I think I may actually feel the Start it Up rotation later, it has been a long time since I did squats/lunges and even w/ only body weight, I was feeling it!Tomorrow is a cardio & stretch day, I hope to get back to my Couch to 5K program. Before getting sick last week I was up to week # 5, but I'm going to back down to week # 4 for this week and build back

up. I may do yoga this week instead of classical stretch.
