Jen's exercise for Saturday 03/10/12 Project YOU Rotation - Day 14Today I did Project YOU - Long Lean - 40 minutesI wasn't crazy about this workout because it's too similar to the other cardio workouts in this set. So true what you said Carolyn about this workout (from EV.) I don't the high knee lifts though but I do mind some of the quick combos that weren't demonstrated before doing them. I really hated the lunge series because I felt that I might hurt my knees trying these. I really don't know why Kathy put squats in this workout because it's suppose to be a cardio workout not strength training! I now realize that I prefer walking, biking or kickboxing for my cardio workouts. Although hard, I do like
