Guest guest Posted March 11, 2012 Report Share Posted March 11, 2012 i started PY day 21 with an outdoor walk. it wasnt on the schedule, but it was such a beautiful spring day that i had to go! then i subbed leslie sansone '1 mile jog' for PY long lean. i dont know how leslie can still talk constantly like that while running. i did this workout on the rebounder. then i subbed another yoga workout for PY yoga. do not ask me why i chose this one out of the billions of yoga in my collection..... my hand just landed on whatever and i put it in. it was 'yoga for regular guys: stand up'. this was one of the strangest yoga workouts i have ever done. well, it was yoga poses but the instructor was an ex-football player named diamond dallas page who is a really big guy with a really loud gruff voice. all of the names of the poses were changed to be football-related and other tough guy sounding names. i did not like it... lasted 10 mins before i turned it off :/ :*carolyn.
