Guest guest
Hi : My kids had " growing pains " , but what I had as a child went way beyond anything that they had. I would clutch my legs in such severe pain, cry, and be actually unable to walk during these periods of severe pain. My parents would spend hours rubbing my legs to help me go back to sleep, as I lay crying. I am so glad that my kids " growing pains " were nothing like mine. Thanks for the post. Guest guest
Kathe, That is the way it was with me too. There were times that I just could not walk and probably did a lot of crying too. Heat was what my mom tried to do for me but we did not have electricity and only a fireplace so that wasn't easy. I think the problems I have with my hips is different but that goes back at least to my teen years. Just recently it has started feeling like it is slipping in the socket and I want to ask it that is the way people are when they need a hip replacement. I had a thumb joint replaced because it was slipping out of joint but this isn't just like that either.
