Accupuncture is the most effective pain relief I've found for my

fibro. I try to go in every two weeks ( can't always, bewteen travel

and what my insurance will cover). I'm very tired afterwards, but the

next day I feel so much better! After about a week, the effects start

to wear off, and by a month they're gone. My internist (board

certified) who is also my PCP includes accupunture as a regular part

of her practice,
