Guest guest
I've had this for years. Since I was a kid. My mother also has this. Don't ignore it, just be sure when you are cold, to warm up those affected areas. Not having good circulation in your legs and feet is not good. It gets so bad for me that during the summer in 90 degree weather my legs and feet are like ice. Not to mention, the risk factors for people who have diabetes and raynauds. I've never taken pills for this, just be smart. Rainy >You know, I think I do have this cuz my nose and ears >are always cold, too. And restaurants and office buildings >kill me, I freeze. But I've decided I'm going to ignore >this one for awhile since I don't want any more meds >Thx, > __________________________________________________
