Something that really helps me when I am really

congested and my lungs get yucky, is to take Musinex

(sp?). It's OTC, and is really good at clearing up

mucus problems.

Kathe, I heard about Mucinex. I've been afraid to take it because I don't want

to add to my problems. Maybe I'll give it a try after all.
