Guest guest
Well folks, the bad luck follows me. The tissue on my wound, died. Because of my very fragile skin and my low blood, I am not a candidate for a skin graft. This means weekly visits to the plastics clinic and twice a day visits from a homecare nurse to dress the wound. The plastic surgeon thinks it will take months to heal. Thank goodness it is summer and I can wear shorts every day because the bandage is too big to get regular pants on. Hopefully I have learned my lesson and will never again try to navigate stairs with things in both hands LOL. Hugs June
Guest guest
Hi June I read an article on hyperbaric oxygen chamber wound healing. I've heard it works well. There is quite a lot of information regarding this treatment on the web. I found many sites by searching google with oxygen+chamber+wound.
