Guest guest
Hi Colleen: It sounds like your son has really turned his life around for the better - that takes a lot of hard work, I know. Both of my brothers were alcoholics/addicts; one is still on the streets, but the other one worked hard, got sober, and has gradually gotten his life together - he is now in nursing school getting 4.0 grades - took him until he was 45 to define his goal in life, but he is an amazing man now. I will definately pray that the law goes easy on your son, after his years of sobriety, and starting a new life and family, but sometimes the law does not take all of this into account, and your son's attorney is right in that he needs to know it might not go the way we would like it to. I pray that he is wrong, and that the judge is a lenient man who takes his current life into account when passing sentence. Please let us know how it all goes - Kathe in CA --- Colleen <colmcp@...> wrote: > I don't post often, but I read the digest daily. I > am asking for prayers for. > my son, .
