Ibuprofen and heart attacks

, I heard on the news last night that Ibuprofen is dangerous and

causes heart attacks...News was limited...just the schock value to get

your attention...Not much info other than what I just mentioned and

the doctor who discovered and reported the danger suggested aspirin

use instead...Have you heard about this and do you have any info....Mu

rheumy has me on Ibuprofen for pain and inflammation....Didn't take it

today and won't until I get verified info as to its

safety......Thanks, Hugs
