Guest guest
Hi Al; Give your meds a little time to work. You will feel better soon. Cheers. alblau999 <alblau999@...> wrote: Hi, Thanks, and Kathe, for your replies. I'm in physical therapy, and now that I have a firm diagnosis, I can be authorized for many more sessions. I take tramadol and wear lidoderm patches on my upper spine for pain, and Methocarbamol at night. I don't know what that does for my disease collection, but it helps me sleep. I have OA and bursitis in both shoulders. My rheumy demonstrated by squeezing first the ball of the shoulder then closer to my neck. The first ouch was bursitis and the second was OA (I think, unless I have it reversed). Anyway, how to explain how this feels to me? Easy. Take the fattest small child you can find and put heavy shoes on her or him, and have the child sit on your head with both feet on your shoulders. And what is my walking like? Again, easy. Wear weight shoes, and attach weights to your thighs and lower legs and start hiking.
