I was at the arthritis foundation website and found some information I

want to share with everyone. This sounded so great that I ordered it

as I can use all the help I can get to remember things and to make me a

better communicator. I forget what I want to tell my doctor and

sometimes go away feeling as if the appointment was for nothing. If you

have problems getting to the site it can be accessed by going to

arthritis.org. Let me know if you need more information to find it.
