Hey Mike:

Just wanted to say, don't give up! Perhaps one shot a

week for a while will help to clear up the sinus

problem, and then you can try again on two shots. If

not, there are other biologics you could try. I have

heard that Orencia works differently from any other

biologic out right now, and we have one member who is

already giving that one a try.

Have a great vacation, okay, and please don't worry

too much - enjoy your time away as much as possible.

Don't give up and don't think that one set-back in

medication will cause you to have to quit work or end

up in a wheelchair! You have to stay positive (I

know, positive is hard when you are hurting and all

seems to be going wrong with one medication you

thought was helping), but keeping stress at bay and

keeping positive goes a long way in helping to fight

RA. Have fun and let us know what happens with the

sinus problems. I am on Enbrel too, so am interested

in this possible connection to Enbrel use. take care
