Here is a easy chicken dish, everything goes in one dish, and bake in oven.

4 chicken breast ( you can use other parts, but skin lees works best)

1 cup instant rice

I can of cream or chicken or cream of mushroom soup.

I baking dish, mix ,rice, water and soup

lay chicken on top, bake in oven at 350 until chicken is done (usually about

ab hour)

I like to jazz this up a little by sometimes adding a can of mushrooms or

some broccoli to the rice mixture.

No standing long top make this dish. in WI

thank you!!!!! Goin to make that tomorrow :)

and pay a lot to fill up on it, so I need a simple way to prepare it myself.

I've looked at recipes and they all call for frying, marinating, wokking (is

that a word?) and lots of standing in the kitchen. What is the short-cut for

such a thing? I'd like to use breast meat instead of leg and thigh meat,

too. And since I don't have my 4 bottom teeth, I can't bite, so drumsticks

are out.

I checked with a dentist to pull 4 jaw teeth that suddenly have big holes in

them, apparently with assistance from the Sjogrens Syndrome, and he won't

pull them. He wants to fill them and build me a bridge for $4420 instead. I

can get a major surgery for that. How can I talk Medicare into doing that

repair for me?

This dish is also good on top of sliced peeled potatos instead of rice......

Or with pork chops instead of chicken. YUM.

Betty has been making this forever in the microwave. It's called Chicken

Breast Supreme and came in the cookbook with the microwave we bought in

1974, and are still using. 4 boneless breasts, a can of Cream of Chicken

With Herbs, a cup of milk, season to taste with salt, pepper, onion, and

about 15 minutes in the microwave does it. We fix rice in the microwave,

also, as well as vegetables to go with the meal. We don't heat the house as

we would with a conventional oven, so it's cheaper that way, too.
