I got this message last night from the Miami Valley Down

Syndrome Association. Thought you guys might know of a family who needs a

blessing like this.

  A little girl with Down syndrome was

born on January 11th here in Dayton. 

 The adoption was all lined up and the adoptive parents were at the birth.

As soon as the baby was born, the adoptive family walked out the door. 

The mother still wants to give the baby up for adoption and is looking for a family willing to adopt a

down syndrome girl. She was premature, 4 Lb 7 oz, and I have no other

information.  The hospital allowed her to stay another night but the

mother has nothing at home to take the baby to.  If there is anyone who

knows of a family who is looking to adopt, please contact the office.
