It's the story of a frog who eats letters so he can buy cool clothes.In Licking Letters, children must spell basic words by using Hoppy The Frog's tongue to capture letters passing above him. Since the 3-5 letter word is a " target " (spelled ahead of time) and the frog simply has to be pressed to make it work, the app is perfect for the toddler/preschool set. When each word is completed, a coin is added to the child's bank (their " Leapin' Loot) and they can then go shopping for clothes for Hoppy, including a wide selection of hats, shirts, pants, gloves and shoes. It wasn't long before Lily's Hoppy was wearing bunny ears and big, fluffy slippers. You can tell a lot about a person by how they dress their imaginary, letter-eating frog...
