hey guys. I took Longvida myself the last two days. First, some history...I had reached straight out for a light socket while holding Etel, and she wiggled (or something) and I ended up jamming a knuckle. This was a few months ago. It was my right hand, middle finger, the middle knuckle. Imagine reaching straight out to a light switch (the kind you press with fingertips) and ramming the longest finger into it. Bad place to injure, because cooking, picking up a toddler and diapering, etc. you use that knuckle a lot whether you want to or not. Well, these months later, it never really totally healed. First thing in the morning it ached to high heaven for the first hour and sort of

touchy the first hours of the day, worse some days. I bandaged it, wore splints and stuff trying not to use it, but that's really impossible long term.So I realized it was osteoarthritis - inflammation- started taking Longvida curcumin along with the other vitamins. I just put it into old probiotic capsules and stuff we have sitting around (you guys know we buy the biiiig 1 kg bag for 600 dollars, great savings). So I have to capsule it myself which is kind of a hassle. Baking soda takes the orange off the fingers great, though.I took it two days so far. two large capsules a day comparable to the ones they sell. It has helped that joint immensely. First I took it in the morning, the next day the joint upon awakening was still a little stiff, and not pain free, but after flexing it one time, NO PAIN

whatsoever. Before it hurt for an hour or more each morning. The second day I took it in the afternoon, since I had a busy morning. even better today. I had no sleep issues, stomach issues, or any negative effects of any kind.... and the joint is really feeling so much better.
