better, more accurate diagnosis whenever prenatal or postnatal testing is sought

out. My son was misdiagnosed at birth, which led to further misdiagnosis and

delayed care for almost 9 years. Please help by signing the petition. If you

This bill is presented as a rider to the Prenatally and Postnatally Diagnosed

Conditions Awareness Act, which cencompasses *all* prenatally and postnatally

diagnosed conditions, including all forms of Down syndrome. We thank you for

your support, as accurate diagnosis is the key to good medical care and better

research.
