Hours required to be at public school daily?

Hi All!Just wondering what everyone's school day will look like as far as hours per day at school? Freddie has a lot of private services at home and I am just wondering how many hours legally he must be in school daily. Is this something you work out during your IEP? I can't find anything online. s Law doesn't have anything, or at least I can't find anything?Freddie is entering 5th grade in an inclusive program. Our 5th grade is included in our middle school.It's rough to spend the whole day at school then come home and be expected to work more. We rely on our tutors for Freddie's Math and Reading. After working in and sending Freddie to public school, we have given up on the public education system all together. The social piece is great but as far as actually educating ouk kids, uh yeah, no.
