Guest guest
My Rheumy sometimes gives me shots in the knees (both same day) she freezes them first with this cold spray and they really don't hurt. Guest guest
Perhaps that came out wrong. He actually told me originally that he didn't want to put me on more that 5mg/kg of Remicade, but could go to 8 if needed, he just didn't like to. So, being at 6.5mg/kg he asks me if I would like to increase it, but it is more to make me happy if I want it, he doesn't really want to. Does that make sense? So I am taking his advice. I just wanted some other feedback on the steroid shots before going through with that like what sort of pain will I have during the shot, and can I expect the pain to come back and will it be worse? Will this have long term affects on my joints? I know by now that dealing with Rheumatoid is a constant juggling act between meds and their side effects and the effects of the disease. I just like to know what I am juggling at any particular time.
