It is a therapy of mild electrical pulses which re educates the swallowing mechanism and is more effective than traditional treatments for dysphagia according to this studyhttp://www.medicalnewstoday.com/releases/56784.phpA "DS professional" is asking about it on a list on behalf of the parents of an 8 month old with DS.
