Here is the general rule of thumb (hand?):

" Tendon and joint injections generally are limited to no more than 3 in one

joint per calendar year because of the potential for mechanical disruption

of the joint space and structures. "

Is there anything that helps the tendon pain when you drive?

I find holding the steering wheel to be painful and even holding it with the

finger tips, or the heels of my hands hurts...

My palms hurt even when I'm not holding something. The area where the

fingers join the palm, palmside, is constantly achey.

How often can you get a corticosteroid injection into the same spot? Is

there a limit?
