, my sister goes to a rheumy in Akron, I think he's at a place

called the Crystal Clinic. There is more than one rheumy there, she

likes one and not the other, so if that's a good location for you,

I'll ask her who she sees. She has RA and Reynauds.

, I can only offer sympathy, because I had much the same

experience. My wonderful rheumatologist also moved. I tried one of his

colleagues, but that didn't work out. I got a referral from a friend to

another rheumatologist, and after two visits to him, I do like him. Not

as much as my first one, of course, but he is acceptable.

There is no use to go to a doctor that gives her no hope. I hope you

can find someone with a better attitude.

My doctor is Richter. He is part of a group called the Crystal

Arthritis Center at the Crystal Clinic- www.crystalclinic.com look

under professional directory or physician specialties

It's my understanding that all the doctors(5) in the clinic are very good.

You do need a referral-they wouldn't even let me make my own appt. the

first time, my family dr. had to make it.

They might not let you choose which dr. you get.
