Guest guest
Mine also freeze at night really bad....they used to get numb overnight until I started making sure I slept in the braces I have. Doc says mine is Raynaud's, hands and feet do it any time of day/night...like popsicles, literally! But it's worse at night. I'd love to try these gloves out and see if they'll help the problem. Guest guest
Shanna, My raynauds are problem less than your and night is bad enough oxygen monitors often won't work. I have found reasonable comfortable position for sleeping. I usually lie on my side with the next to the bed hand under my clothes next to my shoulder. Some sleepware this is up the arm to the shoulder and some through the front. The other arm I put my hand next to my scalp under the hair. Somehow I usually can keep both hands next to my body. I too am looking for more info about those gloves. BVan (Betty) BVan (Betty)_._,___
