Since we will be away this weekend, I'll take those few days completely off

(cannot remember the last time I took more than one day off) and will return

to a new schedule of rotating a day of intense Tae-Bo, a day of weights and

a

day of light cardio, each twice a week then a whole day off

will stretch daily after warming up my muscles a bit of course

Barb, that sounds like a good plan. You certainly don't deserve to be in

pain. I wish you all the best with your new plan AND I get to tell you that

in person the day after tomorrow! Yippee!

Sounds like a good plan, Barb. It sounds like your body does need some more

rest.

Barb,

Good luck with your new routine! I can't wait to hear how it goes for

you! It's always good to listen to our bodies and shake things up a

bit :)
