I used a saline spray to keep my nasal passages moist and that helped at lot

Jax you are right.. treatment isn't forever. And this stuffiness does drive you nuts. Mike I haven't had any sinus infection or anything just a real stuffy nose. No colds or anything either. No other symptoms at all. Just feel like I need roto rooter in my nose LOL Rita
