Guest guest
If the actual acupuncture hurt it means that the practitioner wasn't any good. Maybe trying another practitioner could help? I have used it for whiplash, and headaches. It has always helped. However, you do need to find a practitioner who is good. Check their certification and also ask around. Guest guest
I think this is a good point. (No pun intended!) I've had a number of acupuncturists, and with most of them I didn't even feel the needles going in.
