This is all so exciting. I ordered TB Jr. for my daughter and I hope it comes today, as tomarrow is her birthday!!! Yeah! >> Temera, Wow you are organized I have been meaning to describe and label each tape for a long time as well as design a lottery system for selecting one at random, but thus far that has only been a pipe dream. If you ever get bored, I have 100+tapes that need cataloguing. Lol. J/K As far as measuring, I would measure no more than once a week, once every two weeks would be better. It is important to remember that even that will fluctuate with water retainment, what food your are digesting at the moment etc.

Guest guest
Tamera, You're welcome !!!!!! I measure my hips, thighs, stomach and bust. I didn't think about the triceps when I first started. I usually measure every 6 months. That's a good idea to label the workouts, that way it'll help you in the beginning until you get use to what's in what tape. Happy birthday to your daughter !!!!!!! Don't feel like you're asking too many questions or posting too much. We are here to lend our expertise and help you along your journey !!!!!!! Guest guest
Darcy, Sorry about the rough start! I hate being in that kind of mood too. Usually Tae-Bo is the fix-all for days like that. Hope your day gets better. Ann Marie > Good morning everyone! I hope everybody's day starts better than > mine has.... Ever have one of those mornings where your are just > yucky feeling and ORNERY?! Guest guest
Ya know I drink a lot of green tea. In fact I am sitting here, sipping on some now. It is high in antioxidants and really good hot or cold. I drink it mostly cold. Because I make mine at home put it into a drinking bottle and keep it in the fridge at work till lunch time. Another thing that you can suggest for your Hunny. Is that he starts eating more vegetables, organic are the best for you. And I grow my own. Even tho we have moved, I have figured out a way to grow my own veggies. We are going to do a bag garden. We got the idea from Mother Earth News. Yeah that hippie magazine. LOL But a lady, grew her whole garden in the bags of soil that she bought. She had a problem with rocky and sandy soil. We live in a apt. now and we want something we can move when our 6 months lease is up should we want to move. Many farmers markets sell organic food and it is a good ideal. Dark green vegetables, stuff that is high in antioxidants are your best bets for choosing good vegetables. Watch the amount of red meat he consumes, and add more fish, chicken and lamb to the diet. We have been trying to have fish at least once a week in our home. And it is easier now that we live so close to the Gulf. They bring in fresh fish all the time. Anything that you might think that you need to ask let me know and I will see if I can find a answer for you. He's always been able to express his feeling on paper rather than speaking them. He is still sleeping and hasn't gone to work today. He owns his own business and runs it with his older brother, and dad. But i keep telling him that he should let them know so that they can understand why he's so tired and why he cant make it into work. He did say that he wanted to change his eating habits and even got some green tea from his grandma. so little by little i think he's coming to terms with this. I hope today will be a better day!
