1st week of treatment and i think i screwed up

i received my medicine in the mail friday and took my first shot.

let me start by saying i've had a bad toothache this week and have

taken a lot of asprin.

i've given myself shots in the leg before so i knew how to do it and

made sure to pull the plunger back to make sure i didn't hit a vein but

when i withdrew the needle a little geyser of blood shot out that was

probably equell to the injection but it was bright red blood. i know i

must have kept some of the interferon because a few hours later i was

shivering and shaking so bad that i couldn't get on the computer so i

climbed under the blankets for a few hours.

i have one more shot before i take the bloodtest to see if the

interferon is working and i'm afraid i didn't get a full dose the 1st

shot...is there any reason for me to worry about them stopping

treatment? it's a program that i am getting for free.
