Guest guest
It really did help to hear how others feel. I guess the fact that I did this to myself makes it harder. BUT, I try to remember that I did it out of ignorance. I am not my disease and it is not me. It's something that I have ,regardless of how I got it, and something that just has to be dealt with as best I can. Like all of us somedays I can do " it " better than others. Like I said, so many emotions have risen to the surface since coming to this group and while it can be scary at times they are emotions that need to be dealt with. Ignoring them won't make them go away. They will just manifest themselves in other ways. So THANK YOU all once again for your words of wisdon...Deb
