How wonderful that the surgery went well and that the doctor gave you the TB

go-ahead! Remember to ease into it slowly.

I should be at the MD lunch as well. Look forward to seeing you!

Congrat and welcome back to being able to Tae-Bo

do go slowly though

as far as the MD lunch, weather will be a huge factor cuz it is an awful long

drive for us especially if we drop our younger son off at my folks and we

would like to make a weekend of it if we go

I'm alittle gunshy cuz of what happened the last time we planned a weekend in

MD that we had to cancel when my folks fell down our stairs

right now our son is borrowing our preferred vehicle so we cannot make

definite plans even if I had a psychic weatherman

Barb

who avoids traveling in winter cuz of snow

, congratulations! I was hoping the surgery worked. I am glad that you

can start taebo again. Definitely take it slow and do tons of stretching.

Your muscles are probably extra tight from the inactivity and the surgery. I

would suggest starting out with cardio that doesn't involve too many kicks

(maybe a stationary bike, jogging, taebo substituting knee lifts for kicks,

.... ), tons of ab work on the floor to strengthen your back, and even more

general stretching. The 6 weeks off can be a blessing in disguise. Think of

it this way - you have 6 weeks to get into shape (of course there are those

darn kids). Feel free to write me if you want to talk about backs

(Etcarroll2@...).

Elena, who will be going to the land Lunch (hopefully with in tow)

I hope you and Steve can make it, Barb! I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Glad the surgery went well. Welcome back to the

groove, even if it is a bit slower than you're use to.

Sandie, Tae and Bo :)!!!!!
