, I'm telling Trevor!!!! j/k. I don't know what I put for my weight, I never know what I weigh. I only look at it right before I go to weigh in. That was so sweet of him to get us the waters, I didn't even think about the water....not like we had a whole lot of time as it was, as we had to sprint to the session. When we were doing those hanging abs, I was like "How do I lose my grip and just fall" :)!!!!! Sandie, Tae and Bo :)!!!!! Trevor All of this talk about Trevor got me thinking about Sandie's and my personal training session with . When 's next appointment came, we were sent off with Trevor to do a cool down and AB work. There was a point where he had us get on the stair steppers. They had the kind of steppers that you have to program your weight into. He was standing there trying to help me and said, "OK, now enter in your weight." Well, he was watching so I had to shave off 10 pounds! So I entered a lighter weight and then spent the next 5 minutes cursing myself! We had a tough workout with and I was really tired. I started to get a little dizzy on the stepper. Trevor asked me if I was all right. I didn't want to look like a wimp so I told him that I was just thirsty. The sweet guys that he is, he went off to get us some water. I turned down the level on the stair stepper as soon as he was out of sight, LOL! It was also ! fun to do the hanging abs with him, because he has to hold us by our waists to steady us during the exercises! LOL! He was also in my first combat class and helped me roll my bag back to the wall after the workout. I was totally struggling with it and just looked at me and walked off. Trevor came to my rescue :) :) As Deb has said: "Fitness is a journey and it begins with the first step.""This isn't about weight loss, it's about enlightenment" -Visit our new vault site http://taeboon.isportsdot.com/
