Guest guest
I don't do much cooking anymore, but I have discovered that Crock Pot cooking is the the way to go. Everything from lentil or minestrone soup to lasagna to pot roast. I'm a vegetarian but I helped my daughter make the pot roast. A three or four pound roast, an envelope of onion soup mix, one or two cans of undiluted mushroom soup and about a cup of french onion soup (from a can.) 6 or 8 hours on low and voila! She and her boyfriend loved it and the meat was incredibly tender...
