Guest guest
Angie you are doing the right thing!!! Keep it up. I have never smoked ever but find just being around smokers can bring a reaction and blocked sinus. My father died from lung cancer last year...I know you don't want to!!! Take care Audrey Smoking - You said to keep you updated on smoking, or rather not smoking. It's been five days and I'm doing fine. You have no withdrawel symptoms wearing the patch. It's breaking old habits. I will be doing something at home or work, and feel the urge for a smoke, and then remember that I stopped. Bummer. You really have to want to stop and keep the willpower to not pull off the patch and light up. I keep thinking that I want to hear again in my right ear! My Dr won't do reconstructive surgery without my ear staying clean for a year or two. My ears have also been popping more (my good one and my bad one), so I am hoping that stopping smoking might help my hearing now a little. I'll keep you informed, maybe posting will help my willpower also. I hope!Angie
Guest guest
Yeah !!!! I am so happy for you. Smoking is soooo bad for your body and causes so many diseases to be able to leach onto you. You have done your body a great service in stopping! You should, indeed, be very, very proud of yourself for this accomplishment! Congratulations!
