I forgot to tell you my last viral load was 30,000 on September 15th

before starting treatment.

I started the treatment on December 2nd, and on December 8th they did a test on my viral load. I got a copy today, and it is <50 <1.70, so that means I am already undetectable, doesn't it?My AST, ALT, and Bilirubin (from 0.4 to 0.9) have all gone up, though, but they're not worried about it right now. My Hematocrit went from 44 to 39, so it is dropping, and my white blood cell count dropped a little tiny bit from 4.5 to 4.2.Penny

YES MAM,, that DOES mean you're undetectible,, whooo hooooo, thats wonderful and dont worry about your other labs, they've only dropped 'slightly'.. now if they continue to drop, your doc will have to address it with procrit and neupogen, but whatever you do, try to get him to give you the drugs and NOT lower your dose,,

sounds like you have an excellent chance of reaching and staying SVR!

AMEN!

Penny, I think you're doing great! In fact, I look forward to the day

that I feel as well as you do. I am even trying to look forward to

another tx after my tp, though that's tough to do. But you are doing

it, and that's proof enough to me that we CAN be tough enough. Congrats!

Thanks, Rick! You will feel good soon too. I think treatment might

be easier now because of having a new, healthy liver. I don't know,

but it makes sense to me, so your treatment shouldn't be bad when you

do it too. That's what I wish for you.
