Im sure that the antidepressants will help .. Make sure your doc gives you an antidepressant that is for seretonin (ssri) and NOT one that is more for dopamine (wellbutrin) as the Interferon depletes the seretonin more than any other brain enzyme. I used celexa and it was amazing how much it helped me..
