Bev, it sounds like you are definetely getting a good workout from the basic

tape. That must mean you are giving 100%. That's smart to add parts of the

advanced tape in small increments. You will get through the entire tape by

Feb. with that attitude and your perseverance.

same here cuz I usually do a Basic more all out and pace myself more when

doing an Advance. For that reason, I do a Basic on my intense workout days

when I want to keep my heartrate up and an Advanced on my less intense days

when I want to vary my heartrate and work at a lower level longer

Barb

who always uses a Basic for the standing bag too

Darcy,

That make perfect sense. I'm so glad someone else feel this way. I was

beginning to think I was crazy. I've been having so much trouble getting

through the basic tapes, but when I to an Advanced I can go for a longer

period of time. I found that I was taking me longer to recover from the

basic tape plus I sweat more with a basic tape. I still can't do an entire

adv tape but I'm up to 25 min. I'm trying to add 5 min to my workout each

time. I'm hoping to be able to get through an entire adv tape by the end of

Feb.

Bev

Great works are performed not by strength but by perseverance.

Hi Bev,

I'm glad that we can relate with the differences in basic and advanced.

Great job on working up to the advanced!!

Darcy - who remembers what is was like when starting to " attempt " an

advanced...
