Last night I was skimming through the Shape Magazine and it had two articles: one on 5 simple things to do to eat healthier and/or lose weight and the other was why so many people can't " stick to a diet " . The main focus was that it needs to be a lifestyle change, not a quick fix and most people have a hard time embracing a lifestyle change.
