I agree the RA affects different people in different ways and in no

way would I ever compare it to cancer as to me that would be the

worst, but I too am tired of the looks when I park in the handicap

spot as i don't have any extremely visible signs of my disease, if

you look closely at my fingers and feet of course then you would

know, but I don't go around showing them off, lol. I was thinking

we should come up with a t-shirt that says something wise and yet

informational so that people would just STOP and THINK for a minute

before judging us. I get so frustrated with this. The minute I say

I have RA, they are like oh, I have arthritis too!! I just want to

scream sometimes at their ignorance. I am not saying that

osteoarthritis is not painful, but EVERYBODY has osteoarthritis at

some point in their lives. I am sorry, but to me the RA is FAR, FAR

worse. So, what do you think how about t-shirts???? We would have

to come up with a nice little saying though. I am terrible at that

sort of thing. I would love to trade places with some of these

people for just a day even!
