I had no idea that you had lost a total of 170 pounds!

That is absolutely incredible - and must have been

very hard work even with the surgery. You rock,

Hi Tess,

thanks for the intro thats an amazing amount of weight you have lost you should

be very proud!!!

I to am battaling with weight which I know is not helping my situation, its much

worse since I left work and my work was quite energetic and heavy.
