Guest guest Posted February 6, 2007 Report Share Posted February 6, 2007 I took Ambien until my insurance company rebelled and said they would only cover a less expensive med I found that I slept wonderfully with it . . . . after years of sleeping poorly. Rogene ambien i take xanax to sleep right now due to the brain fog and anxiety andeverything else. would ambien be better? i wake up with shakes and nightmares everynight so i dont know if it would help or not.
