Guest guest Posted March 24, 2006 Report Share Posted March 24, 2006 I have Fibromyalgia so I cut out caffeine a few years ago, stopped anything with aspartame and started using splenda but that didn't help so I quit the splenda and just started using sugar, no help there either so now I just gave up LOL [ ] Re: Thank you for the welcome! My mother (finally) got diagnosed with fibromyalgia. She was perscribed anti depressants that didnt help much. Then someone said, " try cutting out all aspartame " .
