Hi everyone

I wonder if anybody has had surgery to remove a group of nodules from the

elbow. If so, do you know how long recovery for this normally takes? I am a

secretary and am concerned as to what period of time i will need to take off?

Any information on the procedure itself, recovery and success in not returning

would be gratefully received.

Many thanks

Sussann

A couple years ago I had nodules on my finger knuckles, they did not hurt and

after several months they went away on their own. A couple days ago, I found a

nodule on my elbow.....and then my new rheumy was examining it yesterday. Mine

does not hurt or anythng......doc xrayed it...should they be removed?

Mine seems to think so, although they are causing me some problems and pain

across the whole arm so maybe that is why (there are also gross looking). They

have been there for quite some years now but have only really been giving me

problems recently.

If you have had some come and go maybe it it not necessary in your case. Am

seeing Rheumy today so will try to get some further information.

Thanks anyway
