Dunno but the uppercut technique of going cross body to involve the

abs more and the shoulders less is the only real difference from what

I can tell from how instructed how to do things between the two

time periods of the two tapings

Guess we may never know exactly why oldies but goodies were replaced

instead of just offering the newer workouts as #13, 14, etc
