Darcy, I have been keeping a food journal the past few days and it has been a HUGE help! You don't realize all of the calories you take in until you see them on paper! Mine did also, we had it at our house so I ended up making almost everything and of course ate enough of it also It's nice to hear that I'm not the only one with non-perfect eating habits. I wanted to say one thing that I do which helps me in eating better is journalize everthing I eat, but then I also rate my day afterwards from 1 - 10. It kind of keeps me going and I love those 8 or 9 days. Anyway, I just wanted to share something that I do which helps to keep me going, maybe someone else will find it fun and useful too.
